Turkish cuisine is largely from the heritage of Ottoman cuisine, which can be described as a fusion and refinement of Central Asian, Caucasian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Balkan cuisines.
We have Depicted the traditional formulas that our ancestors have used to create bursts of infusion in our dishes. The Rox Family have been in the Catering industry for over 20 years, so all our guests have to do is just sit back enjoy the Rox experience.
